Join us for an exciting 5-Day Challenge Monday to Friday on TikTok Live, aimed at helping both parents and children tackle life’s difficulties with resilience and determination!
In life we often face tasks that are challenging and frustrating, especially when we’re trying to master skills. But giving up is never the answer. Throughout this week of daily challenges, you will be confronted with new tasks some easy and others not so easy, which may initially provoke frustration. However, when frustration presents itself, we have to learn valuable relaxing techniques to stay calm and manage those negative emotions effectively.
The goal of this challenge is to take part every day in the activities that may be unfamiliar or daunting. By participating, you’ll train your brain to develop a sense of achievement as you master new skills. Remember, even when things feel tough, it’s important to stay calm and persevere. And if you find yourself becoming upset, angry or frustrated, you’ll learn the techniques to regain calm and composure to carry on.
The challenges will take place every weekday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm BST.
