Her own journey into understanding the significance of mental health and wellbeing began with her daughter's struggles. Like many young students, her daughter faced anxiety, depression, and the difficulty of emotional self-regulation. This personal experience ignited Sabina's passion to find a solution, not just for her daughter but for countless others facing similar challenges.
Her older two children were primed through their childhood using neuroplastic exercises from a young age and today enjoy the benefits of a resilient mind in their successful adult lives.
Drawing from her own experiences and extensive research, Sabina understands that strong mental health and success habits require daily practice. This practice takes time, with research indicating that it can take at least 30 consecutive days to establish these essential habits in children.
